HR Filing Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a HR Filing Assistant to work within the UK's largest and fastest Telecommunications company on a temporary basis.

Based at their HR department in Head office in Almondsbury, Bristol.
Main duties will include:
*Maintain efficient filing and archiving for the department.
*Ensuring all information maintained is accurate and up to date and easily accessible by the HR team.
*Including the production and receipt of correspondence in line with process needs.
*Maintain and update personnel information on the HR systems.
*Ensure accuracy of computer based information to ensure that electronic staff records are up to date and work is delivered in line with department SLA`s.
*Completing post-employment references and other adhoc HR admin work

*Excellent communication skill's both written and verbal.
*Experience working in a fast paced environment.
*Concern for accuracy.
*Understand the need for confidentiality in regard to documents processed, systems maintained and access to confidential material within the HR community, and act accordingly in line with current legislation.


*Administration experience

*Pay rate: £9.50 PH
*Hours: General office hours; Monday to Friday 9-5
*Start Date: ASAP
