HR Expert/Manager/Consultant

HR Expert/Manager/Consultant required to work for a global telecommunications client, based in Dublin, Ireland.

The primary focus of this role is to execute a large scale employee transfer, from a Vendor (MSP) to the Operator.

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, so only apply if you are happy to work in Ireland. Candidates from the UK will be considered.

You will also be responsible for assisting in a wide range of HR duties including but not limited to, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Communication and Absence Management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Strong experience in TUPE
- Successful experience of large scale employee transfers
- Experience of working with and advising line managers
- Excellent IT, communication and presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of Irish labour laws
- CIPD qualified
- Confidence to work across all levels of the business
