Projektbeschreibung

Role Responsibilities:

◦Review and refine departmental procedures to suggest and/or make improvements to the way the team works. Identify the impact of change on customers internal and external
◦Reconcile the formal records held within Pay Services and SAP to meet audit requirements and departmental standards.
◦Investigate issues regarding HR data e.g. incomplete requests, mis-keyed data, to resolve issues.
◦Process changes to HR ensuring accurate details are held and data passed to other teams (e.g. Pay Services, Training).
◦Liaise with internal customers to prevent duplication of work and enable internal customers to provide accurate information.
◦Deal with HR Services Remedy case work queries within the agreed standards and time frame.
◦Contribute to extending and developing the Shared service.
◦Manage provision of all voluntary benefits.
◦Ongoing development and maintenance of HR policies and HR documentation as fit for purpose.
◦Accurately action, update, maintain & respond to all HR related data queries from internal customers.
◦Respond & action any queries received into the 'Ask HR Service'.
◦Ensure all HR policies are accurately updated within Yell People at all times.

Experience & Personal Attributes Required:

◦Previous HR SAP knowledge is essential to the role.
◦Ability to ensure accuracy with repetitive or volume tasks and still ensuring deadline are met to a high standard.
◦Excellent attention to detail will be key to the role.
◦Previous HR Administration experience or relevant processing administration experience is key to the role.
◦Previous experience in dealing with HR policies & benefits.
◦Providing advice & guidance on payroll, sickness, general company benefits and policies to internal & external customers.
◦Ability to multitask at all times - ensuring various queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

We are looking for both this role to start as soon as possible although we will be flexible to consider notice periods.

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the UK and hold a valid work visa if applicable.
