One of the leading companies is currently seeking for a HR Engagement Manager to work on a 6/12 month rolling contract in Ghent, Belgium.
As a HR Engagement Manager, you will be required to be skilled within the following:
- Local Language -Dutch and English
- Domain Expertise for HR, specifically Payroll
- Understanding of Belgium Labour Law, Workers Council, Legal nuances and legal reporting to Government
- Knowledge of Benefits generally provided in Belgium
- Been part of HR role for at least 7-12 years
As a HR Engagement Manager, the good to have skills are listed below:
KNOWLEDGE
- Domain understanding of Overall HR
- Knowledge of Outsourcing activities
- Knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce or alternate HR systems
