Projektbeschreibung
You will be responsible for providing guidance and support in the formulation and delivery of employment relations and reward outcomes for the client.
Duties will include:
- Involvement in the planning and implementation of both general and specific rewards interventions including annual staff pay outcomes and staff group specific matters
- Review and develop where necessary a range of existing and new commissioned HR products and liaise with stakeholders and trade unions where required.
- Provide expertise and support in the resolution of collective disputes at both national and local level and provide guidance to managers in case work relating to conciliation or arbitration
- Monitor the application of Employment Relations and Rewards products within the service, providing advice and support to users to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Monitor compliance with statutory employment requirements with regard to Employment Relations and Rewards products
Essential Skills:
- CIPD qualification
- Range of experience at HR Manager level
- Experience managing employment relations
- Experience in the development of HR products such as policies, procedures and collective agreements
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, case law and code of practice, with experience of working in a unionised environment
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Civil Service Employment Relations and Rewards frameworks
You will be required to either already hold a valid basic Disclosure Scotland certificate or be willing and able to apply for one prior to CV submittal to the client.
