HR DIRECTOR - TALENT OPERATIONS - LEARNING - PERFORMANCE - LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT £800/£1000 DAILY

My International blue chip client is looking for a highly skilled HR Director.

The Director, Talent Operations is the operational guide for all elements of recruiting, talent management and training/development processes - LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT .

Working closely with the Vice President Talent, the Director is responsible for recruitment, talent management and training technology, compliance, reporting & analytics and infrastructure.

The Director ensures and oversees the recruitment administrative workflow components including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, job close out, background check screening, ATS configuration and operation, paperwork and processes affiliated with onboarding and the offer process, employment policies and procedures, and compliance for both external and internal talent.

MUST HAVE:-

Extensive and proven talent operations experience (recruitment, learning and/or talent management) with direct experience managing talent technologies within a large scale corporate environment

Deep knowledge and experience in process management

Strong understanding of current International employment laws/regulations

Strong vendor management skills

Proven experience developing metrics and measuring performance against high-performance benchmarks

Proven ability to be flexible, adaptable and collaborative in a fast-past, ever-changing work environment

Excellent relationship builder, able to successfully influence at all levels

Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal skills

Demonstrated experience driving change and building consensus to achieve results

Strong business ethics

Ability to work in operational role, yet think strategically
