MY DUTIES:
-Lead HR in Switzerland, by the development and delivery of the local Talent Agenda in support of a sustainable growing business with a high profile and great reputation
-Plan, develop, direct, and coordinate Human Resource management activities in Switzerland, in line with the development and implementation of the Corporate and HR strategy of our client, to maximize the strategic use of HR capabilities and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, operational functions and regulatory compliance topics
-Deliver excellence in internal and external relationships and delivering a high level technical support
-Promote an "customer united" approach across the country
-Operate in a fully compliant and regulatory focussed manner
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Degree in Economics / Psychology / MBA or equivalent, specific training / Master in HR
-Good experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager with proven expertise in Employees management in multinational environments
-Very good practical experience in Swiss labour Law / regulations
-Good knowledge in people management, engagement and development
-Experienced in working in a fast growing business environment
-Good knowledge in all HR areas
-Fluency in English, French and German
