In short, the role is to provide cover for the vacant HR Director post running up to a period of significant change. The main areas where you expertise is required are:
- The directorship of the day-to-day HR department
- The provision of expertise into the Workforce elements of the Cost Improvement Programme
- The support and guidance of all HR matters relating to an upcoming merger
You should have a solid background performing in director level HR positions, used to working in challenging and changing environments and have a good sense of humour with a flexible and 'roll your sleeves up' approach. The team here work well together and share the ownership of the agenda.
Your merger/acquistions experience should include large scale change in excess of 1,000 employees
