My Client is looking to recruit a HR Director to manage organizational change from planning, communication, consultation and implementation.
Essential Requirements:
- Managed organizational change from planning, communication, consultation and implementation
- Previous experience in the public sector and TU negotiations
- Previous experience at Director level of delivering as well as managing all administration
Desirable:
- Consultancy Service
This contract is to offer a consultancy service and is not full-time. It is a service requirement to support the HR team through a period of change, bringing their expertise to projects as and when required. For example Planning phases could involve 1 day a week whilst during implementation it could be full time.
