HR Director

HR Director, Reputable Public Organisation, London

My client is seeking a HR Director, for a prominent government organisation in London. This is a 6 months contract, sufficient amount to apply your focus on your project along with securing a peace of stability for the next 6 months. The organisation funding projects well, meaning you will access to advanced resources ultimately developing your skills and repertoire.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience of leading a large Human Resources function, shaping its direction, culture, values and goals (including HR Business partnering)
- A track record of achieving strong results through successfully building capability at all levels of an organisation
- Experience in managing significant and successful culture change through the use of Organisation Development techniques
- Experience of promoting an environment that champions staff well-being and encourages engagement.
