IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Take part in German customer meetings on premises, discuss the customers requirements and present possible technical solutions for it
-Evolving and specifying technical solutions for the customer requirements (voice processing and routing of incoming calls, Interactive Voice Response IVR, Automatic Speech Recognition ASR) for user
-Run meetings with 3rd party solution element provider and CRM provider
-Write the technical concept doc for the customer
-Define and update the 3rd party specification document (Word, Visio, Excel)
-Support System Design team in how to monitor and report all aspects of the service
-Support Service Design team in how to integrate into the inlife service (config + incident handling)
-Verify the technical aspects of the 3rd party contract
-Verify and control the technical aspects of the 3rd party delivery
-Design & document migration scenarios, define test cases for testing the Voice Drop & Blast solution at customer premises and run test cases
-Write end user/training documentation
-Handover to Service team for configuration and service
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Cisco CCNP/CCIE Collaboration experience
-Contact Center Design experience
-Cisco UCCE and CRM Integration experience
-UCCE related skills
WEITERE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
System architect, Software architect
