HR Deployment Manager

HR Deployment Manager - HR - Stakeholder Management - HR intra/Internet portal - Contract

Our client, a FTSE 100 company are looking for a HR Deployment Manager to join them on a contract basis in West London.

The successful candidate will be continuing and completing the deployment of the new HR portal to the entire company. The role will have direct responsibility for the relationship with key internal customers and the execution of the deployment strategy, for global content as well as for local content and transactions, supporting the roll out of the new HR portal to every employee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Overall planning and delivery of a new HR deployment strategy to the Global audience
- Development and management of the content migration plan
- Conduct the engagement workshops and meetings, maintain the engagement through the development of a rigorous governance
- Act as a change specialist and push the change management activities forward

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of delivery of HR intra/Internet Portals, with a significant volume of content
- Experience of change projects including elements of business process re-engineering
- Experience deploying and delivering CMS systems within a HR environment
- Owner of the relationship with key stakeholders throughout the HR department globally and locally within country with HR Directors
- Exposure and experience to ERP HR products and solutions
- Experience within the HR domain

DESIRABLE:

- Experience of delivery on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 or 2013 platforms
