Gibbs S3 are currently recruiting for a HR Deployment Analyst with content migration plans to join one of our large clients based in London.
Experience and knowledge
Experience of Reward systems Experience and good knowledge of salary, bonus and equity calculations
Experience and good knowledge of SAP Experience of designing interfaces between systems (very useful)
Experience and good knowledge of passing data between Reward systems and other external HR systems including SAP (very useful)
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise information quickly
Experience of interacting with stakeholders at all stages of the life cycle eg requirements gathering, testing, support
Knowledge of Reward within a large, complex, multi-national organisation
