Gibbs S3 are currently recruiting for a HR Deployment Analyst with content migration plans to join one of our large clients based in London.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Experience of Reward systems
- Experience and good knowledge of salary, bonus and equity calculations
- Experience and good knowledge of SAP
- Experience of designing interfaces between systems (very useful)
- Experience and good knowledge of passing data between Reward systems and other external HR systems including SAP (very useful)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise information quickly
- Experience of interacting with stakeholders at all stages of the life cycle eg requirements gathering, testing, support
-Knowledge of Reward within a large, complex, multi-national organisation
