HR Database BI Functional Architect - Switzerland

Our client, a major international organisation based in the French-speaking region of Switzerland is looking for a BI Data Functional Architect and Project Manager.

With a solid background in functional Business Intelligence projects, you will be responsible for the data model within the HR team to manage specific KPI-related bonuses. As a functional architect, you will be working with data architects, Business Analysts and Solution Designers, you will endure that the correct specifications, standards and process flows are in place so that key data can be extracted quickly and correctly.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the process flows related to the time management system allow the efficient management of employees' working schedules to cope with volume-based sales initiatives across their stores internationally.

It is essential that you have a clear understanding of business processes, ideally within a HR and payroll context, as well as solid grasp of database principles. This is not a technical position but you will be required to translate business requirements to ensure technical teams are able to structure and develop BI databases correctly, and ensure thee business understands any technical difficulties which may arise.

We are not looking for a Technical BI Architect for this role - the focus of this position is on the functional architecture of a large HR employee data structure.
