Data Migration Workstream Lead

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Data Migration Workstream Lead, based in Dublin, Ireland to support the Program in delivering on specific aspects of the project as relating to Data Migration.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

- Experience working with HR data migrations
- Ideally experience working with HRIS data migrations
- Responsible for the delivery of the data migration activities and deliverables within program scope
- Manage the day to day activities in the migration work stream in partnership with the Day Nine migration
- Identifies and manages the resources within the data migration stream
- Monitors the workstream impact on downstream systems with appropriate system owners
- Ensures development of migration activities and deliverables aligns with client standards correct artefacts are produced (specifications, development outputs)
- Ensures workstream considers data across functional areas to understand data usage and implications for data migration.
- Manage the designing, planning and managing the data migration process.
- Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements.
- Prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details
- Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the data migration plan.
