For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a HR Data Backbone Technical Analyst

Functional Environment
The Corporate HRIS team is responsible for those HR applications that are used by multiple entities. These applications support the following HR (Corporate) capabilities :
-Performance Management
-Talent Management

The team is located in Amsterdam, Brussels and London.
HRDB (Corporate HR Data Backbone) collects standardized sets of HR information from all client entities.
This information is used to enable Corporate HR to deliver cross-entity HR reporting in specific areas.
At the same time, this information is used to feed a number of HR applications which are used cross-entity. Finally, HRDB also feeds CDS for an increasing number of client entities.

Technical Environment
Business Objects - BOXI
At least 3 years of experience as an analyst in the framework of software maintenance or development projects;
Good understanding of data modelling techniques for data warehouses
Experience with Business Objects Universe designer and Data Services
Expertise with Test methodologies, migrations and updates
Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus;
At least some affinity with the HR domain
Affinity with working at a bank

Autonomous and independent;
Eager to learn;
Likes working in an international context, with traveling between Amsterdam and Bruxelles.
