HR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in SANTA ANA, CA

WHAT THE HR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE DOING:

- Provide excellent customer service to all customers (employees, managers, and vendors) in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhere to company policy and follow internal processing procedures
- Responsible for answering incoming phone calls, responding to service request tickets and emails in a professional, timely manner
- Utilize ticket tracking software to respond to service requests
- Monitor designated client(s) for service issues
- Thoroughly understand, after training, the HRMS systems and their usage and be able to guide users through the various systems
- Understand and use the escalation routes for all issues
- Responsible for executing assigned test case scenarios for system upgrades for releases prior to deployment to production.
- Assist with user security issues for HRMS systems
- Assist with basic system administration
- Create and run basic ad hoc reports to assist with tracking, analysis or HR transaction data
- Perform work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involves limited responsibility. Some evaluation, originality or ingenuity is required
- Works under close supervision applying well established techniques, procedures or specific standards. Work reviewed fairly closely.

WHAT THE HR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- General knowledge of human resource management systems and customer service activities.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
- One to two (1 - 2) years of related experience, HRMS customer service preferred
- Exhibits strong customer service skills with strong follow through skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of HRMS systems
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
