Requirements:

2-5 years of previous experience in HR area, preferably as HR operation specialist or HR generalist Strong experience gained within an HR function. Ability to demonstrate influence and impact at a managerial level Excellent communication and customer facing skills Experienced in working and understanding the complexities of operating in an international environment Self confident, knowledgeable and pragmatic

The HR Country Specialist will be part of the Country Management team reporting to the UK HR Country Manager. This assignment for 9 months. It is to provide additional support for the team due to an increased work load.

Responsibilities:

- The role is broad in scope and requires an individual who is comfortable working across a wide range of HR Disciplines Provides organisational support to HR Country Manager in all HR areas such as reporting, policies, procedures, program development and implementation.
- Provides HR support and expertise to supervisors and employees in UK
- Support line managers in the full range of HR advice and undertake grievances, disciplinaries, sickness cases under the guidance of the UK HR Country Manager.
- Support and contribute to a variety of policy areas and other initiatives.
- Provide cover for other roles within the HR Country Management team as necessary to meet peaks and troughs of work.
