THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Experience with HRIS systems
- At Least two (2) years of HR experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Maintains internal HRIS to ensure system and data integrity, processing changes as requested by HRBP or management
- Acts as subject matter expert for HR systems, serving as first point of contact for questions or issues, and developing quick reference guides and delivering training to managers and associates
- Develops and reports against key HR metrics designed to identify and improve progress against team goals
- Creates ad hoc reports and analyzes metrics as requested by HRBPs
- Ensures compliance requirements are met, including AAP, SOX, EEO and other state and federal reporting guidelines
- Supports associate on-boarding process through offer packet creation, pre-employment screening tracking, data entry of new hire information and creation of HR record and file
- Supports associate off-boarding process through HRIS processing, exit package preparation and interview coordination, maintenance of exit survey and metrics tracking and analysis
- Performs a variety of administrative duties as needed, including maintenance of employee files and coordination of HR meetings
- Supports time and attendance bi-weekly responsibilities
- Coordinates aspects of benefits program, which may include support of annual enrollment and benefits fair logistics, rewards and recognition program, employee reimbursements, and other duties as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Two or more years of prior HR experience required
- At least 1 year of HRIS experience or equivalent required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
- Ability to utilize pivot tables and advanced formulas in Excel
- Experience with electronic HRIS systems required
- Experience in SAP and/or Workday

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational experience preferred
- Experience with benefits or time & attendance preferred
