HR Coordinator Job

HR COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Monica, CA

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- The focus of the role is data management and data tracking.
- The main activity of the role will be keeping track and metrics in spreadsheets, such as animation test sent to developers, approval process, and lots of work to be done with Taleo and position postings in the web.
- Experience with any Applicant Tracking System

What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee candidate selection process, produce offer letters, and manage offer process flow through employee on boarding.
- Answer general recruiting questions for candidates and new hires.
- Handle all candidate travel expenses; answer all candidate questions with regards to expenses and reimbursement.
- Responsible for posting open positions to niche websites when needed.
- Updating the applicant tracking system and monitoring the database to ensure candidate progression is being tracked properly.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
- Train future contract coordinators.
- Conduct reference checks as well as do lead generation against open requisitions when possible.
- Handle administrator duties on our applicant tracking system; work closely with our HRIS team to support our ATS.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Ability to perform tasks that are routine in nature
- Proficient computer skills
- Two to three (2-3) years of human resource experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
