Our client based in Peterborough is seeking an HR Coordinator / HR Assistant to join them on an initial 3-6 month temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent in 2015. You will assist the HR team with the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, briefing agencies, arranging interviews, liaising with payroll regarding pensions, taking minutes, arranging travel for the team, updating HR systems, all aspects of HR administration and much more. This role will require a high level of confidentiality, the ability to take ownership of a task, self confidence and the ability to work on own initiative. The role offers the chance of future progression within HR once the role becomes permanent and the chance to join a fast paced organisation. Immediate start required on a temporary basis.
