HR Coordinator

Middlesex

12 month contract

£250 - £290 per day

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a HR Coordinator to join the team on an initial 12 month contract. You will be responsible for the day to day management of HR Technology activity, system administration and supporting the HR Payroll and Technology manager.

Responsibilities:

- Providing support including analysis, design, testing and training
- Helpdesk support to the HR team on Technology system issues (ie system support queries and user administration)
- Serving as liaison between HR functions to resolve technology issues
- Assisting HR management and working closely with HR function to identify and analyse technology options to recommend business process enhancements
- Administration and configuration of HR Technology systems including monthly data updates
- Data manipulation and system upload using MS Excel/XML
- Develop and rollout training on HR systems and tools
- Be responsible for system related processes as part of annual and mid-year review activities

Skills:

- Prior experience within the International Mobility field preferred, together with knowledge of IM systems
- Knowledge of data management in a systems environment
- MS Excel skills essential and proficient knowledge of MS Access, MS PowerPoint and XML preferred
- Good knowledge of SAP HR required
