*Use of Microsoft packages, in particular Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
*No direct reports. Responsible for day to day administration
*Booking/coordinating/preparation of meeting rooms and other logistics for Project team members and visitors
*General admin support to PMO office, including diary management
*General assistance for Change Programme Comms mgr including events, newsletters, announcements and distribution lists
