HR Coordinator 60% - 6 Month Contract (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Provide assistance and facilitate processes to global operations & HR department
-In addition to traditional HR administrative activities, support the design, development and implementation of a number of HR processes and policies
-Collect, update and maintain HR data in compliance with applicable legal requirements and participate in the development of global HR metrics (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint)
-Keep HR information up-to-date (organigrams, policies and procedures and all other basic HR information)
-Prepare reports related to HR matters as required
-Monitor and ensure timely issuance of contracts
-Coordinate with search firms on the posting and monitoring of job openings and advertise all vacant positions as well as the handling of all follow-up and updates on status of recruitment
-Liaise with the selection panel in the review and short-listing of applications
-Arrange and, as needed, conduct interviews to select candidates, upon request of the selection panel
-Review recruitment documents and perform reference checks for successful candidates
-Plan, coordinate and administer the HR department’s and travel budgets

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-BSc/BA in Business Administration or other relevant field
-Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
-Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Familiarity with SharePoint
-Solid experience in information/data management
-Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle data with confidentiality
-“Can-do” approach, with the ability to work independently
-Good organizational and time management skills
-Swiss Federal Diploma in Human Resources or other HR Certified Professional qualification is an asset
