Human Resources Coordinator

Description:
Provides transactions support for multiple HR processes in IT-Human Resources including but not limited to Work Absence Management and Performance Management.

Participates and assists with special projects/programs.

Assists with transactions and/or consults with HRSC pertaining to new hires, benefits, pay, transfers, etc.

Gathers process documentation, crafts new process flows, and provides support in the development of a new IT-HR Transactions database.

Investigates transactional issues, tracks and reports on volumes of various transactions.
Tracks and manages the return to work process for employees engaged in job search.

May initiate and lead the interactive process with employees and make recommendations on accommodations for employees.

Requirements:

Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
MS Access, Sharepoint, and MS Project a plus.
Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention and operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.
BA or BS plus minimum 2+ years of direct relevant experience.
Customer focus, analytical thinking, ability to effectively prioritize work
Team player, confidence, initiative
