The main focus of the role will be to support the deployment of country and other global sites content to My HR. The role will work closely with the Deployment Analysts and the wider Deployment team in order to analyse, validate and transform existing HR information in preparation of the content migration activities to be performed by an external vendor.

The role will also participate into the quality reviews of the HR information, testing and writing style guide application review.

The role will work with the Deployment Analyst in order to ensure any project management documentation related to content deployment activities is maintained on an on-going basis.

Responsibilities:

. Play a key role in the overall execution of the content migration activities
. Lead the migration of content into specific content templates
. Lead the quality review of the content
. Ensure the content is fit for purpose, by applying knowledge of the HR business, or similar experiences
. Ensure the content owners have applied the writing style guide and propose improvements where applicable
. Apply the content governance
. Understand all functionalities of the My HR product and can advise or train the content owners in how to use the relevant features available
. Participate in the definition of content testing
. Create content test scenarios
. Engage the content owners and stakeholders in the content testing phases
. Report progress, risks, issues, dependencies
