Experience and knowledge
*Experience with overall execution of the content migration activities
*Experience in the migration of content into specific content templates
*Experience in quality reviewing the content
*Experience in ensuring the content owners have applied the writing style guide and propose improvements where applicable
*Experience creating content test scenarios
*Experience reporting progress, risks, issues, dependencies
