HR PMO JOB IN BANKING HR PROJECT TEAM IN ZURICH
Contract
CHF 650 - CHF 875 per day
Our client is a large Swiss financial institution which is undergoing a large global HR change initiative spanning various countries globally. The bank is in need of a PMO to be situated in its Zurich office to the support the Business and all other HR related streams with topics that arise throughout the program.
With experience ideally in finance and/OR HR you will support the design, delivery and implementation of the HR work stream on a large changes within the business processes. As PMO you will be working on a number of tasks and topics that include in-scope list management, due diligence, staff movements, and communication. You will work closely with other HR PMO managers as well as external vendors on the program.
As a PMO on the team you will be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with Senior PMOs on the planning of the project, the completion of tasks, and following project dependencies.
- Manage Risks and Issues, Scope Management, and Project Communication
- Necessary escalations of risks and issues to the program completion
- Track and manage the project documentation process utilising knowledge and experience of SharePoint
The successful PMO will ideally have the following experience:
- Experience as a PMO (4+ years) in HR
- ideally experience in Finance/Banking
- Ability to quickly grasp HR business strategy within projects
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Switzerland based candidates preferred
