HR Consultant w/Call Center Experience

Projektbeschreibung

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for filling management, non-management, external and internal employee positions to meet client staffing requirements.
- Sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing, interviewing and candidate selection from both internal and external source channels.
- Adheres to all legal requirements, corporate policies and appropriate contractual agreements including required documentation.
- Establishes and maintains positive peer, union and client relationships and regularly engages in consultative sessions.
- Builds on fundamental knowledge of the organization, processes, clients, and labor agreements.
- On-site testing, receiving resumes, positing and filling job requisitions
- Handling executive referrals, placement of expatriates, scheduling interviews, generating appropriate correspondence
- Coordinating completion and processes of new hire documentation, initiation, and follow-up security investigations, relocation, drug testing, I-9s, etc.
- Conducts reference checks.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous Staffing/HR experience required.
- Call Center experience
- Expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be able to multi-task
- Experience with Account Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems
- Wheeling/Surrounding Area Knowledge and Contacts

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Preferable to have Call Center/High Volume Staffing experience.
