Projektbeschreibung

HR Consultant - Talentfacilitate talent reviews, succession planning and management activities and support key stakeholders in identifying needs for talent in line with the business strategy.

Staffing and Resourcing:
Ensure the service meets contractual requirements and targets within the resources and budget available.

Contracting:
Seek, negotiate and monitor service delivered through contracts as appropriate that link to Organisational Development.

The postholder may in discharging their duties, be placed in a position where the nature of the services which they are required to procure on behalf of the organisation, or in managing entry points to internal processes within the organisation or any access to other matters of interest, are open to scrutiny with regard to business interest conflicts. The postholder is therefore required to ensure that in all instances where such a conflict may arise that this is declared and mitigation or protective measures put in place to safeguard the integrity and compliance of all business activity.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL

- CIPD qualified
- Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating employee development policies, procedures and practices and the impact of all levels of the organisation
- Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders and managers
- Experience of implementing a succession planning framework
- Experience of providing employee development advice to all levels of personnel, from Senior Management to employees.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Drive for continuous improvement

DESIRABLE

- Master's degree
- Experience of liaising with and supporting the training function

Candidates must be or willing to undergo SC Security Clearance.
