Are you a highly credible, senior recruitment professional, with expertise in employer brand, attraction and retention strategies?

The Opportunity

We're looking for a HR Consultant to support our client's plan for talent attraction. They are a regulatory business, operating within a niche industry.

The Role

Operating at a strategic level, you will be reviewing the organisation's current processes around employer brand, talent attraction, recruitment and retention. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will make recommendations for change and improvement to the current strategy.
