HR Consultant - Rail Bid Team

My client, a train operating company, is looking for an experienced HR Consultant with a strong HR generalist background including restructuring, employee terms, TUPE, mobilisation, Culture and engagement to work within their busy rail franchise bid team for a 3 month interim period.

You will support with the due diligence of the employee terms to understand liabilities/risks and financial costs. You will and make recommendations for improvement around these terms that will be included within the bid. You will contribute to writing the bid and support the change programme that will cover all disciplines of HR.

Successful applicants will need to have a strong HR generalist background within the rail industry (ideally a bid team within a train operating company) and have experience dealing with unions, restructuring and due diligence. It would also be beneficial if you have M&A experience from an HR perspective.
