Our client requires an HR Consultant/HR Change Specialist for an initial 4 months contract based in Cardiff. Responsibilities of the role will be to guide the people related initiatives through change leadership, values, behaviours, customer relationship skills, organisation design and supporting systems - and ensuring alignment with HR/Learningstarters/leavers process; performance management; feedback management; change agents; knowledge management)
A supporting internal communications strategy
Appropriate measures for tracking, evaluating and reporting against progress to key stakeholders

Key skills

Change consultant with HR qualification such as CIPD and ability to develop and manage culture change plans and specific aligned initiatives to deliver maximum benefit to the customer

Significant business change/culture/behaviour experience with expertise in change leadership

Skilled at developing key messaging and in producing clear documentation for reports, briefings, workshops and meetings for both internal and external presentations

Candidates must hold SC Security Clearance or be willing to undertake Security Clearance.
