HR Consultant/HR Manager - Banking

HR CONSULTANT/HR MANAGER - BANKING. CENTRAL LONDON. 4 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT. £400 - £450 PER DAY.

Our prestigious Banking client have an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Consultant/HR Manager to join the business on an initial 6 month contract.

The role will be working as part of a large change programme within the business that is designed to improve and simplify both the processes within the organisation, but also to improve the service given to the customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and facilitating improvements to processes within the business as well as providing generalist HR advice, guidance and support to both specific projects and in BAU activities.

Therefore, the successful candidate must have:

- Strong previous experience of undertaking HR Consultant/HR Manager roles
- Experience of working in Blue Chip environments (Financial Services preferred)
- Current experience of working as part of major change programmes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- A proven ability to be a self-starter in a challenging environment
- CIPD certification
