MY DUTIES:

- Independent interface management and professional consulting regarding the alignment with the outsourcing provider in the area of bAV
- Analysis of deviations in processes and harmonizing as well as quality review of bAV processes
- Professional creation of processes for data migration for company pensions strengthening act and implementation of the relevant processes
- Professional coordination of service rehearsal tests and continuous consulting regarding test environment for outsourcing provider

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Very good knowledge in bAV
- Good knowledge in SAP HCM or SuccesFactors
- English and German language skills
