HR Consultant (CIPD Qualified) - HR, CIPD Qualified, TUPE, Employment Law, Business Transformation, liaising with Trade Unions, HR policies and procedures

We need a contract HR Consultant (CIPD Qualified) for a contract in Cornwall to start ASAP for 6 months (2 days a week).

Title: HR Consultant (CIPD Qualified).
Location: Cornwall.
Duration: c6 months. 2 days a week
Rate: c£300 per day neg on experience.
Start: ASAP.

SKILLS: Proven Experience in:

HR,
CIPD Qualified,
TUPE,
Employment Law,
Business Transformation,
Liaising with Trade Unions,
HR policies and procedures (Review and Development).

Duties:

To support the TUPE transfer of staff from one client to another.
To provide expert advice and guidance regarding Employment Law relating to the transformation Programme.
To support the engagement activities with staff and stakeholders (including Trade Unions) during and post TUPE transfer.
To support the review and development of HR policies and procedures.
