Currently have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Consultant/Business Partner to join a large organisation in Maidenhead for 6 months. This can be recruited wither on a 6 month Fixed term contract or on a day rate.
This role is urgent and will therefore require an immediate start. We can consider candidates with no more than two weeks notice.
We have two positions available - one is focusing on Organisational design with the COO client group, the other is on change management within a marketing client group.
As HR Consultant/Business Partner, you will be working within a large HR team, responsible for implementing organisational design and change management projects within the specified client group.
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant/Business Partner with extensive in these fields. You will be developing cross functional relationships within the business to build business knowledge and commercial awareness.
You will have experience in
Managing Change:
- Act as an internal consultant to facilitate and influence change programmes and HR initiatives within the business.
- Influence and shape the change agenda including organisation and structural changes; identify obstacles and develop strategies to ensure consistency in approach across the business.
- Effectively project manage organisational change programmes within business area
Organisational Design:
- Experience of implementation or assisting with a Transformation People Plan, highlighting well in advance any deliverables which are at risk and taking proactive action to resolve with the relevant owner
- Support day- to- day implementation of MST (transformation) project deliverables.
Business as usual:
- Creating a strategy and plan that supports the retention, development and succession of employees.
- Deliver key initiatives and annual HR processes. eg performance management, employment survey
- Identify appropriate organisational interventions and engage with the relevant Centre of - Excellence to ensure HR best practice and people deliverables.
- Develop a HR plan that supports and contributes to business productivity
- Work with HR Director and HRBP to deliver the People & Property calendar and objectives.
- Analyse HR Metrics to monitor and proactively manage people related key performance indicators and define strategies for improvement and management (eg sickness, attrition, case management etc).
- Manage, develop and review the performance of the management and leadership team provide feedback, challenge and act as internal coach to support decision making.
- Act as in internal facilitator and mediator as required.
Must- have
- Proven HR Operations experience in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Coaching skills
- Commercial awareness- understands the commercial environment the business is operating
within and applies this to work
- Ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure
- Able to convince, persuade and influence others to make decisions and take action
- Ability to quickly understand and analyse diverse information and data. Able to identify themes and gaps and then use information with the team and business
- Experience of facilitating and influencing change
