HR Consultant - Brussels
We are a global financial organisation, currently seeking an HR Consultant for 6 months for maternity cover.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Human Resources specialist (HROps) will be responsible for providing HR administration and operational support. The role requires the individual to work closely and effectively partner with other HR colleagues and various centres of expertise, based in our offices.
Role
Managing all internal HR processes associated with our employees in conjunction with our people managers. This will include ensuring that processes are refined, simplified, communicated and leveraged appropriately by all people managers.
Manage employee data through Workday and files to maintain accurate information on our employees
Provide first-level client support and advice on employee policies, processes and best practice, including annual leave, maternity and sickness absence management.
Managing recruitment activities from A to Z through to successful completion of all relevant documentation including references, and probation period closures
Assist the HRBP with the on-boarding process of new employees (drafting employment contracts, issuing offer packs induction, employee badge allocation, introductions, equipment etc)
Prepare the necessary paperwork for leavers, ensuring exit interviews are conducted and internal systems are updated
Administer and resolve all transaction queries and data changes relating to employees
Produce regular management information including updating organization charts, HR metrics and ad hoc reports as requested
Participate or take ownership of key HR projects, as guided by the HR Business Partner.
