HR Consultant - Recruitment - CIPD Qualified- 5 Years Experience - Financial Services - Insurance - 3 Month Contract - London - Part Time

HR Consultant needed for my client, an organisation within the Insurance sector to join their existing team.

The organisation have commenced a programme of work to introduce a re insurance organisation. We are looking for a generalist HR Consultant to support the project team and CEO with a key emphasis on resourcing activity.

You will need to be an experienced HR Consultant with a minimum of 5 years experience within Financial Services ideally in Insurance. Experience of recruiting for project based roles and consultants is required.

We are looking for an open and friendly professional with an assertive and positive attitude to fit in with the culture of the existing team. You will need excellent communication and customer facing skills to be considered for this role as the majority of the role will be based around building credibility with the stakeholders and senior member's of the organisation and negotiating with agencies.

Your role will report into the CEO and will be 3 days a week, the days can be flexible on your preference.

You will need to be CIPD Qualified to be consider for the role.

Successful applicants will come from a business related degree background with relevant work experience.
