As the HR Consultant you will be leading a team of 4, you will be responsible for motivating the team and supporting them as the company grows and transitions into a larger business. This is a hands on role that will see you support line managers with disciplinary' s and any other support they require such as recruitment and tribunals. Senior Managers will need to be educated around the advantages of having a strategic and supportive HR department. The company have grown from 200 employees to 320 internationally, with around 300 of those in the UK. You will help to make sure that the company has the right systems, process and policy's in place that are scalable and supports future growth and developments. Succession planning, talent development, training and implementing new policy's and procedures will all make up key parts of this critical role.
To be considered you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous line management experience and accountability
- Experienced at managing HR and business related projects including the change management & interventions ie - improving the succession planning process, developing better training, reviewing current HRIS
- Strong HR Generalist skills that covers ER, training, reward and recruitment.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Strong employment law experience
- Experience supporting a business that is experiencing rapid growth
- Proven experience implementing new HR processes for a growing business
