HR Business Partner/Consultant, Milton Keynes, 6 month FTC, COMPETITIVE DAY RATE

My client, a leading blue chip organisation, is looking to appoint a forward thinking HR Consultant to join their office in Milton Keynes for a six month fixed term contract.

As HR Consultant you'll undertake the role of Project Manager on behalf of the HR Function leading the HR elements of business related projects including mergers, acquisitions and TUPE

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen, have experience of project methodologies and have a solid generalist background.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skill set
- Experience working within a complex Matrix environment, preferably within IT, telecoms or a large scale commercial environment.
- Ability to build credibility with managers at all levels of the business.
- Experience of managing/handling disciplinary, grievance, recruitment process in line with best practice.
- Extensive experience of working and leading on HR projects out in the business area eg Restructuring, TUPE, L&D, Recruitment etc.
