My client based in South London are looking for a HR Administrator on a 12 month contract

You will be working in a busy team of which you will be providing day to day support of HR policies, programs and processes by delivering quality Real Time solutions to colleague inquiries and requests regarding benefits, compensation, employment, colleague relations, payroll and ensuring data integrity.

You will be

*Provides first-level support in response to manager and colleague questions.
*Responsible for daily inputs and data changes into HRIS system in a timely and accurate manner.
*Resolves more difficult and less frequent questions from colleagues.
*Researches questions and issues and determines appropriate course of action.
*Escalates more complex issues to the appropriate HR department/individual for resolution.
*Continues to develop general HR knowledge as well as expertise regarding IHS programs and policies.
*Tracks the status of manager and colleague inquiries using logging system.
*Responsibility to coordinate site or country specific project work with support from more senior team members or Manager.

With previous experience of a broad spectrum of HR policies and practices, you will require solid customer service skills, initiative and a importance of confidentiality and data security.
