HR Consultant

Job Description:
This position is responsible for servicing client departments to fill management and non-management job openings. Recruits and selects additional and replacement staff for both exempt and nonexempt positions from both internal and external sources. Recruits, interviews and recommends qualified management candidates to respective departments for more detailed interviews. Ensures that recently hired employees have adapted successfully. Interviews and screens applicants. Will search for and identify candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions.

Required QUALIFICATIONS:

Two to five years Staffing, Recruiting or Human Resources experience in a fast paced environment. Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficient with PC skills and related applications, including spreadsheets. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Flexibility. Demonstrated leadership skills and able to work in a non-structured environment.

Desired Qualifications: Previous experience with Labor Agreements Bilingual (English/Spanish).
