Job Description:
Position is responsible for administering the non-paywroll worker process. Liaison between managers and contracting vendors to procure skilled resources to ensure internal client needs are met. Monitor the performance of our vendors, minimize the Hiring Managers involvement in selecting candidates by working with each manager on determining the needs within their organization and understanding the business units function. Identify the technical and soft skills required and desired for each hiring manager and successfully communicating them to the vendors. Identify and screen potential candidates that meet manager requirements. Develop strong mutually beneficial relationships with our vendors. Screen resumes, negotiate rates, arrange interviews, extend offers and track contractor performance. Manage the invoicing process, timesheets issues and evaluate market trends and pricing to create fair and appropriate negotiating practices. Continue to research trends in the IT industry, both directly and indirectly. Administer Non-Payroll Worker Policy to ensure managers, Non-Payroll Workers, and vendors are in compliance.
