Key Responsibilities

- Providing insight and annual certification of 3000 people in the UK, certifying all staff are in line with new framework in Part 4 Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013.
- Pay in a key role in facilitating communication between functional teams across HR and other business areas.
- Responsible for maintaining and the provision of all reference requirements, the on-going assessment of training against positions.
- Provide expertise with responsibility for creating, maintaining, advising and delivering end to end process excellence throughout HR Solutions and HR (UK and Globally).
- Maintain seamless end to end process connectivity by working closely with local HR and Compliance functions that provides services from London, Birmingham and India.

You will have:

- Previous regulatory and compliance experience (Essential).
- Environmental knowledge (Preferable).
- Understanding of complex Matrix organisations (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Process design and reengineering expertise (Preferable).
