HR Compensation & Benefits MIS HR Analyst.

You will have proven experience gained in the Financial Services sector of producing monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc MI reports covering headcount, budget utilisation, recruitment.

You will have experience of previously supporting the annual Compensation review process including gathering and analysis of job match data and the production of deferred compensation statements.

Solid HR MI Analyst who has got a very good understanding or some experience of compensation reviews in Financial Services. There will be a lot of data analysis, manipulation and reporting in this role so it does require a dedicated pure analyst

Previous experience of managing monthly payroll including reconciliation, responding to staff queries surrounding payroll, benefits or pension queries.

Proven experience of supporting HR systems, ad-hoc VBA or Access solutions to support the HR functions

Previous Senior Executive stakeholder management and the ability to converse in an intelligent and concise way with users at this level.

This is an interim contract for a period of 4-6 months.
