Atlanta-based Fortune 1000 company is seeking an HR/Compensation Assessment Analyst. In this 3-6 month+ contract opportunity, you will assist the HR team with the day to day compensation (salary, promotion, & performance) analysis & benchmarking while the team is busy with a new HRIS system implementation. Specifically, you will research and provide salary survey/market compensation expertise and analysis for new and existing job positions, assist with processes related to quarterly bonuses, merit bonuses, and performance reviews.
This opportunity has the possibility to extend beyond 6 months and could even open the door to other future opportunities at this large and growing company!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ Years of Compensation Assessment/Compensation Benchmarking
- ADP Enterprise or similar HRIS database system
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
