HR Communications Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Strong background in corporate communications as well as communications processes and channels
- Very good understanding of web publishing, managing online content, branding, presentation creation, video content and editing
- Social media savvy, ideally with competent handling of Yammer or similar social internal platform
- Confidence in managing creative agencies and 3rd parties
- Know-how of HR strategies and processes would be advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborating with HR stakeholders to manage communications of strategic priorities, projects and initiatives within the HR community
- Consulting with the Head of HR on communications of capability building initiatives and HR community engagement
- Leading global HR communications newsflow, editorial calendar and channels, including responsibility for HR online content management and Yammer community engagement
- Handling key HR events, including Global HR webcasts
- Managing communications of HR Awards program and related events
