HR Communications Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Communications Manager to Join a Major Investment Bank.

The role will involve:

- Managing stakeholder communications
- Defining stakeholder groupings and review current status
- Evaluate communications effectiveness and propose improvements
- Define measures to evaluate communications success
- Develop and implement a communications approach based on the evaluation and insights
- Deliver tactical communications pieces such as the writing and managing of monthly key updates to stakeholders
- HR Communications within reporting and governance
- Communicating with key stakeholders and audiences

Candidates will need to:

- Develop strong relationships with key leaders, advocates and colleagues across HR to facilitate execution of stakeholder communications
- Work seamlessly and collaboratively with colleagues
- Adhere to the HR communications processes and governance procedures for the programme to maximise efficiency and consistency

Candidates must have:

- UNDERSTANDING OF HR OPERATING MODELS AND HR ACTIVITY
- Experience in an employee or internal communications role
- A BANKING OR FINANCIAL SERVICES BACKGROUND IS ESSENTIAL
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong relationship management skills and interest in HR communication
